Jpeg images displayed at 100% in Bridge slideshow or full screen view are soft
The same images look sharper when viewed in Photoshop at 100% and even when viewed in the Finder. These are relatively small images, downloaded from the internet, that do not need to be resized for display. It makes no sense that they should appear soft when viewed in Adobe Bridge. It makes the software a poor photo viewer.

Slideshow stalls after three images
Windows 11 23H2 (I9 CPU and Nvidia RTX A4500 GPU)
Adobe Bridge 14.0.1.137Playing a slideshow fails to work correctly (halts completely on the third image) in the following circumstances:
The selected images are from a collection (smart or not)
Images are selected by choosing a higher level folder and using View>Show Items from SubfoldersThis is not dependent upon the file type - tested with JPEG, DNG and TIFF nor the number of images.
Slide duration, Caption, type of fill (Centred, Scaled to Fit, Scaled to Fill) Transition Options and Transition Speed do not seem to affect this issue…1 vote -
Bridge Slideshow captions show filename only
I'm using Bridge 14.1.0 on a Mac running Sonoma 14.4.1. I would like to display the Description metadata field in Slideshow captions. In Settings > Thumbnails I have specified "Show: Description" and I can see the Descriptions just fine in the Bridge window when I select "View > As Thumbnails". However when I play a Slideshow by going to "View > Slideshow Options..." and choosing "Caption: Full", I see only the filename, with blank space below it. In fact I am unable to display any other metadata at all.

Slideshow Freezes
After viewing a half dozen images the slideshow freezes and the image starts to flicker. I have to manually hit the space bar twice to go to the next image. I have a MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. Prior to the latest bug fixes I did not have this issue.
