Meta data fields no longer show entire block of text
The way the metadata template handles blocks of text has changed with the update to 2023. The 'Creator' field barely shows any of the block text and once the text reaches the end of the block, the length of the line scrolls forward and you can no longer see the start of the line. The previous version you were able to see all of the lines in the entire block when working on that text block. The worst is the 'Description' field, as this block gets the most text when writing cut lines for news agencies. See attached screen grab.

Ability to strip metadata when using Image Processor and/or Batch Rename
The Export command, in Photoshop, allows you to strip the metadata from an image upon export, however there isn't a way to do this for a group of images in Bridge. When getting images ready for the web, or for emailing to a client, it would be very helpful if there were a quick way to remove metadata for more than one image at a time (like you can do with the Export command) when using Image Processor and/or Batch Rename.

Search by face
I would love to see search by facial recognition. I frequently have to scan through folder after folder to find a photo of some person. If Bridge could match by face, it would be a great boon. Thanks for considering this.

New area focus feature not really convincing
I can imagine that the new area focus feature comes in handy when using multiple monitors, ok. But you should visually differentiate between Selection and Focus.
What is the meaning of the attached screenshot?
What exactly is selected here and what is going to happen?
Metaphorical questions, maybe I get used to this, as of now I feel uneasy of what I have selected exactly.1 vote -
Gallery: Remove selection of file after entering Full screen mode
In Gallery, having a file selected, entering full screen mode (Space) and switching through files, then leaving fullscreen mode
leaves first selection and last file are selected. (See Attachment)
First selection should be removed, as accidencts like unintentional delete or edit may happen easily.

Bring back "move file" to Favourite folders
Please bring back "move file" to "Favourites" folder.
Dragging a file upon a "Favourite" folder to move it inside this folder was very handy. I do not see why it was removed. It is slowing users down.1 vote -
Files are reversed when moving in a custom order.
I am trying to move my files in a custom order within a folder, but once I move a selection of images, it puts them in reverse order. For example, I move files B1, B2, B3--it drops them in reverse order--B3, B2, B1.

Moving Image in a Collection
In previous versions of Bridge we could arrange the Thumbnails to suit a preferred running order of images. This was an excellent way of editing images. We can still do that in the Folders view, but not in a Collection. I'd like to get this back please.

Manual sort of Collections does not migrate to new version
For many years whenever I upgrade Bridge my manual sorts do not transfer to the new version of Bridge. I realize this may be due to some error that occurred quite a few years ago. However, the problem continues. The manual sort information is stored in text files. It is still present in the files corresponding to older versions of Bridge. I have found a workaround that a regular Bridge user like myself should not have to use. I can copy and edit the text files and everything works perfectly. Multiple Windows with keyboard shortcuts
I can't stress enough the importance of being able to use multiple windows in Bridge. I often manage several projects at the same time, and having the ability to toggle between them quickly with keyboard shortcuts (command + `) or closing windows (command + w) when I've wrapped a project is a big part of my workflow. It's so intuitive and such a fundamental way of working in nearly every program, I just don't understand why this ability would be eliminated. Bridge deletes file on server instead of copy and paste as usual
When I grab a file on our server and want to drag and drop it onto my desktop, it deletes the file instead of copy and paste as it was before. I can't use Bridge anymore now, too dangerous to delete files

Bridge 23, The panel on the right for metadata and Keywords only displays info if halfway across screen!
RE. Bridge 23. The panel on the right for metadata and Keywords displays nothing (not even the date a picture was taken) unless I have it extended to 5 inches into the screen! Please FIX this. It never used to have to take up so much of the screen. I don't want the panel taking up so much desktop space just to see the date or size of an image. thanks

Restore multiple Windows/Instances!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!
OMG!! Whomever's idea it was to eliminate having multiple windows is clearly not a retoucher and I dare say, doesn't use Photoshop or Bridge at all... certainly not on a professional level. I'm a photographer and often work on multiple projects at once... I also like to reopen old projects and mess around with old images for fun.
I need to be able to have multiple instances open at once so I can visually keep track of what I'm working on. There will never be a world where multiple content tabs will be more ideal.

No expansion triangle/arrow in folders window of bridge
When I process files and make a new folder, older version would automatically give me an expansion triangle/arrow to expose the subfolders in that main folder. 2023 is not doing that. I have to view all images in that folder and scroll until I find the folder, then open it. THEN it will show up. October HAS a new JPG folder in it, no triangle/arrow.

Input field is no longer active by default in a search (Cmd + F)
Problem detected with the Adobe Bridge 2023 version on Mac
When you launch a search (Cmd + F on Mac), the input field is no longer active by default (I don't know if the problem exists with Windows, maybe some of you can confirm it).
You have to click in the field to paste your text. This is a waste of time compared to previous versions if you do a lot of copy and paste searches.To the Adobe Bridge team:

add option to always show rating and label in full screen preview of file
PLEASE!!! add the possibility to always show rating and label of a file in fullscreen preview. Now it is only shows up if I change the rating or the label. But it would be extremely useful to see these always when I press the space bar to view the file in fullscreen preview.

Problems with Bridge 2023
Bridge 2023 has problems, it will not minimize and does not have a proper title bar. Once opened the programme cannot be moved to see other items.

Rename bug
When renaming folders in a certain way, like the one below. The system thinks is something else and changes the icon to it, making it unusable. Unless I change the name back
