  1. Enhanced .RAF support generates .DNG with large blank blocks iMacPro, Fujifilm XT1 Raf file

The new enhance RAW file support when processing a Fujifilm .RAF file on a late 2013 MacBook pro generates .DNG files with large blocks of blank (solid black) space in the image. It appears as some processes do not complete and leave the image not fully processed.

  3. Camera Raw ZOOM bug

When opening Camera RAW 11.1, everything works perfectly. However, whenever I try to zoom, crop, apply a filter, use a brush etc... it zooms with a white box. I try to disable and enable Scrubby Zoom and still the same effect. I cannot use any tools in Camera RAW because it zooms in and out whenever I try to click; I tested this with every Camera RAW tool.

I have provide a screen grab to show me holding down the selected adjustment brush. Every tool acts in the same way. Click, white box appears, then release and it zooms wherever…

  4. Unable to open multiple files through Bridge

I can no longer work on multiple files in camera raw then open into Photoshop. If I try to open from Camera Raw nothing happens. If I try to open through Bridge it tells me the file can't be found - even though I'm looking right at it!

If I open one file in Camera Raw and then open into Photoshop it works, multiples do not.

NEED MORE INFO  ·  Abhishek Seth responded

Can you please let me know if resetting preferences helps.

Else please send me some sample files at abseth@adobe.com for investigation.

This workflow is working fine at our end.

  6. Camera RAW tools where shown incorrect

I updated my Mac to Mojave. Now i see no tools e.g. like the magnifying glass or the brush size. Camera RAW only shows me the cursor in every category.

This error first appears after the update.

  7. ACR lists only 16 camera profiles, few only lens profiles after updating PS to v20.0.1

Although all previously files for both sets of profiles are located in C:Program Data, ACR cannot see them, and I have not been able to locate any method of directing ACR to the appropriate folders.

  8. "unable to save the raw conversion settings" in MacOS Mojave

"unable to save the raw conversion settings" in MacOS Mojave in both Bridge 2018 and Bridge 2019, whether or not settings are saved on internal or external drives. Permissions otherwise fine. Privacy settings changed in System Prefs to allow full disk access to both versions of the App.

  9. ACR adjustment brush

Since the update, when I am in ACR and am trying to use the adjustment brush I get a magnification box with a little hand. Sometimes re-starting my computer helps but now I can't get rid of it. It's really terrible as I use ACR for the majority of my editing. Can you help?

  10. Posterization bag in new version of ACR

I've noticed an awfull posterization while treating the lights in a photo witn a overexposed sky when moving the "Lights" slider all the way left. The final exported JPE file contains the same trouble - some areas contigous or not filled of an uniform color looking like gray. The original image is a JPEG file also, taken by me on iPhone7 and doesn't have such problem. The previous version of ACR was free of that bag. Would you be kind and correct that promptly?

  11. Extremely high RAM usage

After recent updates, I've noticed extremely high RAM usage while using Camera Raw to edit photos on Bridge while using my MacBook Pro M1. Even if I'm only opening a few photos (under 1GB total file size), it'll quickly max out my RAM and use the swap file, and the app specific RAM usage typically goes above 15GB. This also causes the entire program to crash. I have not noticed this issue while using my older Intel MacBook Pro.

I'm using a MacBook Pro 13 M1 with 16gb RAM running MacOS 14.3. I'm on the latest version of Bridge and…
