Bridge Beta v14.0.0.57 BUG: no thumbnails for RAW files AND no CameraRaw!!!
Bridge Beta v14.0.0.57 BUG: no thumbnails for RAW files AND no CameraRaw (Ctrl+R not working, and there's also no CameraRaw in the menus)!!!
It (CameraRaw, Ctrl+R, ...) is not working on Canon CR2 and CR3 files, also not working on simple JPG files too!
The very same is working in "normal" Bridge (v13.0.4.755).
Hi,
This issue is fixed with the latest Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) 15.5.1 update.
We would recommend you update and confirm if the issue is resolved.
To update Camera Raw: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app, click on Update in the left sidebar of the Apps panel, and Check for updates. Then click Update for Camera Raw.
We appreciate your patience and support.
Regards,
Bridge team

I've been using the beta version of Bridge, and numerous problems still persist. A general problem is the layout and "clunky-ness" of the latest versions; I am still forced to use version 12.04.286, which is clean and quick. I can open and close panels as-needed by double clicking on the panel divider, and can easily view folders, favorites, metadata, and filters. They just fit better. The new versions hog unnecessary space, are slow to respond when clicking on folders, sometimes requiring multiple clicks to open. Please look at the metadata panel on the attached PDF that shows the difference. The OUPUT model has been absolutely ruined. Please look at the example pages on the attached file. I use the OUTPUT module several times daily; the preview doesn't fit in the window, requiring me to scroll in order to reset for the next batch of photos, the panel on the right doesn't show the "EXPORT" tab even when all the settings are collapsed, and the headers and footers do not show accurate placement in the preview, which has been a problem going back several versions. This is crazy - I have established my workflow based on tools made previously available, and have been essentially broken. This isn't about just adapting to a new, improved version. This has become a huge time waster. I would love to have someone log in to my computer so I can demonstrate how terrible this is, and compare it to the previous version (still not perfect, but useable).

Yeah, CR (as all apps) auto-updated, and really, the bug is gone. Thanks! :)
