Batch Rename Doesn't Work
Bug
Bridge v12.0.1.246 operating on Windows 10 Pro
None of the options for Batch Rename are operational: There are no presets to choose from and New Filename options are not functional--stuck on Current Filename / Name / Original Case; next choice is Text--no choice. You can remove Current Filename and begin with Text--still no choice. Completely dysfunctional.

I just tried 12.0.1 to see if it was working. It was not. Uninstalled and re-installed 11.1.1, which does work. Please fix this, Adobe. This is a major bug.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not functioning. SO frustrating. None of the drop down menus work.

Bridge version 12.0.1.246: Batch Rename drop-down menus are broken. Clicking on them does not provide a list of options as expected. Any fields that can be altered cannot be changed back without re-installing/resetting Bridge.
Numerous people have been reporting this bug since January, yet it has not been fixed. Based on posts in Adobe Community Forums, the issue only seems to affect computers using Windows 10 or 11. According to forum posts, reverting back to an older version of Bridge fixes this problem. My hardware/software is as follows:
CPU: Intel i9-11900 (not overclocked)
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti using gaming driver version 511.79
Display: Samsung QLED 80R 55" TV running in 4K @ 60Hz
32GB DDR4 RAM
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit version 21H2, Build 19044.1526Please fix this bug!

Same problem, on Windows 10.
I uninstalled and reinstalled both Bridge and Photoshop, deleting the Cache, Preferences, etc.
The problem remains. -

Bridge: v12.0.1.246
Win10 Pro: 19043.1466All pull-down menus are non-functional. Resetting preferences/deleting caches has not changed the behavior but did reset the "New Filename" options to some default configuration from what was set. The pull-downs only present the currently set option per the attached screenshot where the "Date Time, Date Created" only presents the "YYYYMMDD" option where it should reveal other options. Tried every pull-down and none of them present any options.
Needless to say, this makes Batch Rename unusable in this version.
Update:
Uninstalled 12.0.1.246 keeping the preferences and installed 12.0.0.234 (last v12 presented in CC). The pull-down menus function correctly presenting the expected options. It is possible to select/modify options in "New Filename" section as well as see "Present" options.
