Light mode
Please please please please Adobe, in general, recognise that some of us struggle like you can't imagine working in Dark Mode. We need an InDesign style light mode so that we can see the icons etc.
For those of us who have bright lights (like the sun) shining indirectly behind our monitors, dark mode is almost useless and makes it almost impossible without shifting around or moving the monitor from side to side to be able to read what is on the screen.

File info Panel
If possible I would like to see the description column in the basic part larger. Have 20 to 30 lines off text to enter, where it is impossible to view what has been written. Bridge 2017 let me expand the panel to see all lines.
In my movies library, text is written inside the info panel.Here is an example of what I mean

auto preview latest file
Many versions ago, Bridge had a functional auto preview latest file script. For those shooting tethered, a working script that shows the lastest image shot in the preview window would be of great benefit.

Provide ability to customize Keyboard Shortcuts for Menu Items, and customize the top tool bar.
I would love to be able to assign a keyboard shortcut to the menu items for Tools>Photoshop>Batch and >Image Processor. Of course with this ability I imagine lots of people will want to be able to assign keyboard shortcuts for other menu items too.

filter images by predominant color
Filter and/or sort images in a selected folder by the dominant color of image

Filter Dates as per MS Excel Autofilter
When filtering any date field, the dates from every photo are included, which can make an extremely long list. Searching for one particular date is time consuming.
A much better way to present dates is as per Microsoft's Excel AutoFilter feature, whereby initially only years are listed, which can then be individually expanded into months, which in turn can then individual expanded into days.

Old Label visuals much better than new 'dot' feature
Wondered if there is a way to make the labels in Bridge CC 2019 more pronounced like in the previous version vs the tiny dots they are now? Preferences does not seem to offer this option. I much prefer the old labels that were easier to better illustrate my workflow (approved, review, work on, etc.) at a glance. These tiny dots require more attention to determine what I am looking at.

Display the correct resolution for PNG files in the units I select in preferences.
Display the resolution for PNG files in the units I select in preferences. Currently, if I set the resolution for a PNG in Photoshop, Bridge reports either a blank, or 72 ppi, not the value that the file actually contains.
Even if the PNG specification for resolution is in meters, why does that prevent Bridge from displaying a converted value as ppi? Photoshop reports the resolution correctly.1 vote -
Bridge 9.1 breaks workflow of deleting pictures
the latest official release of Bridge (v.9.1) breaks my workflow of deleting pictures. When in normal viewing mode, I am editing pictures by scrolling or selecting photos in the content window to review them in the preview window. When deleting a marked/active picture with backspace, the next picture in the content window is automatically selected or marked (with a blue rectangle) and you can go on editing your pictures. That is the behavior in former versions of Adobe Bridge CC 2019 (e.g. v.9.0.3).
In Bridge CC 2019 version 9.1 the mark of the active photo (the blue rectangle) is jumping…

Copy selected Files to Lightroom CC (Not Classic) for Editing
Need to copy selected files or files that have label (say "approved") directly to Lightroom cc for editing.

Image Backdrop-need pure white tone
Image backdrop needs to be a user defined tone as previous versions allowed. Pure white is definitely needed to double check images that are required to have a 255 255 255 background. Had to revert to 2018 version.

Hi,
This feature is now released as part of Bridge v10.0.
Please upgrade Bridge to v10.0 to see the change.
At the bottom of the Content pane, you should uncheck “Show Tiles”. After Tiles are removed, go to Edit→Preferences→Interface→Image Backdrop to change the slider to pure white.

Add feature - Make .cgm files viewable as thumbnails
Unable to view .cgm file as a thumbnail
One reason we use .cgm as a graphic import into FrameMaker is because it is viewed in the FM document crisper than .eps files
Also we have a ton of legacy .cgm files that are used in our documents created with FrameMaker1 vote -
Adobe Bridge CC 2019 - Syncing Issues
It's buggy. I'm trying to mass edit a large amount of photos. When I click select all and try to choose a preset to apply to all of the images it won't work. It only applies the preset to one image. Also when I try to sync the image edits it will not let me sync the treatment and profile settings.

everytime i delete a photo from ther contact panel , the curser goes back to the very first photo. previously , ones a photo is deletes , the curser moves 1 forward.

preview is small
For some reason, the preview on my MS Surface Pro 2 is just a small thumbnail. I have found no way to get it to fill the preview window (as it does on my desktop).

ADD THE ABILITY TO HAVE TABS
Please add the ability to have tabs like the "Finder" windows have. I would never use Finder again if Adobe Bridge had tabs! Please and thank you!

MXF format support
Add support for the MXF file format. How on earth this is not already a 'feature' is beyond belief!

Search via the Keywords panel
it would be nice, if I could open the keyword panel, twirl down the different topics and keywords and checkmark what I am looking for and have all the footage that contains those keywords show up. This would be much more efficient than typing from 40000 feet in the finder and adding more and more criteria until you get the results you need.
