Left / right arrow keys stop moving selection in thumbnails if toggled between two images several times on Windows 10.
Is rapid toggling of the two images causing the system to hang up processing of key presses? I can select another image using mouse/cursor after the problem happens, but no arrow keys work.

Hi David / Jorgan,
Thanks for reporting the issue, We have logged a jira for the issue in our backlog.

JØRGEN JOHANSON I'm not sure you understood the problem we have.
It's not about that ALT switches to menus, however you are right there is bug if after switching back from other application like Photoshop (by ALT TAB) the ALT is still activated.
The main problem what you have not mentioned is that arrows stop working irrespectivelly you unpressed ALT, or in worse case what happens quite often, whole Bridge doesn't respond anymore.
Did you experience such problems?

Yes, this is very annoying. It has been like this at least from version 9 (I am currently using version 9 since version 10 is not usable at the moment due to the color management problem).
Running on Windows 10.
It definitely seems to have something to do with the use of the ALT key. I use ALT-TAB a lot switching between Bridge and other programs (like Photoshop). Here is a sequence that demonstrates the problem:
1) Start Photoshop
2) Start Bridge
3) LEFT and RIGHT keys work as they should in Bridge (moving to the previous/next thumbnail in the filmstrip)
4) Switch to Photoshop using ALT-TAB
5) Switch back to Bridge using ALT-TAB
6) The LEFT and RIGHT no longer works (no longer possible to move to previous/next thumbnail)
7a) Hit ESC or ALT, then LEFT/RIGHT works again
7b) Or just repeat going to Photoshop and then back to Bridge (using ALT-TAB twice)UPDATE: An even simpler sequence:
1) Start Photoshop
2) Start Bridge
3) LEFT and RIGHT keys work as they should in Bridge (moving to the previous/next thumbnail in the filmstrip)
4) Hit and release the ALT-key
5) The LEFT and RIGHT no longer works (no longer possible to move to previous/next thumbnail)
6) Hit and release the ALT-key
7) The LEFT/RIGHT-keys work againThis boils down to:
When toggling between apps using ALT-TAB, Bridge keeps the ALT state in the menu bar (see the underscore of shortcut-keys in the menu bar) even if TAB is pressed while holding down ALT. Photoshop does not do that (pressing TAB while holding down ALT clears the menu bar shortcut state).

You probably are saying about Bridge CC 2020 (10.0.0.124), but I still previous one (also in Windows 10), so Bridge CC 2019 (9.1.0.338), where it started and I have the same problem!
It seems this issue is continued with current version as noone reported it yet.
I couldn't find why it happens but I think ALT may have something to do with it. Maybe ALT-TAB, or maybe leaving to Photoshop from Bridge with previously pressed ALT (that activate menus, File, Edit, View etc) to be back to Bridge, or using arrows (after pressing LEFT ALT), what sometimes makes they don't work anymore, however I can click on images with a mouse.
What is odd using CTRL with arrows still works, I mean CTRL and LEFT to undo to previous visited folder(s), or CTRL and UP to go to higher folder in hierarchy.
The only what I can do is to relaunch Bridge, hover often it's not possible as Bridge gets stuck, so I have to force closing Bridge. After opening it doesn't remember its last state.
