Adobe Bridge 2020 crashes on starting up when Tree Shade extension files in 'Startup Scripts' folder.

I have developed Tree Shade extension and found that in Adobe Bridge v 9.1 there is no problem, but in the newest version the app crash at this line
scopeInfo.push (scopeInfoFile.modified.getTime());
Also the scopeInfoFile is File object and the file exists. I checked that by writing info to a text file on Desktop
And I get this output:scopeInfoFile instanceof File: true
scopeInfoFile.exists: true
