File renaming error

I attempted to batch rename a group of images. New Bridge 2019 removed my labels and ratings, dumped some metadata and put in an Adobe Bridge Temp name to some of the files.

    I have had this problem too... it renames the NEF files that I use but fails to rename the xmp sidecar files. I made a batch file to fix it but it's super annoying.

    Dear User,

    Please reset preferences to resolve this issue.

    Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears.

    Select options--Reset Preferences and Reset Standard Workspaces and then click OK.
