Allow users to have 8 labels which can be given unique names by users. This is already the case with competitors such as Photo Mechanic and other software vendors. I am reluctant to move away from Photo Mechanic to Adobe Bridge because I find it so useful. This is already a popular idea on the forum as can be seen from many posts

Rotate
It is very useful to rotate files from almost anywhere within Bridge, however it does not appear that the new rotation gets saved to the original file. When using the file in the PDF Output module, the file goes back to its original rotation. The file can be opened in another program (the updated rotation is correct), and then modified (i.e. flipped twice), and saved. Then it will work correctly in the Output module.

Camera Raw 12.2.0.386 - Defaults only allow one preset per camera
ACR used to allow different default settings depending on specific settings for my camera/lens combinations and settings (for example, different amounts of noise reduction depending on the ISO setting)
The new system only allows me to have one default preset that is applied per camera regardless of the lens or camera settings used.

aspect ratio
In some use cases, it is useful to have the aspect ratio of the picture.
For example, if I need to find a photograph that would fit when printed onto a specific object (t-shirt, mug...) or fit in a specific frame, it would be very useful to see the aspect ratio of the picture.
Ideally, this would be a field that could be included in a search, so I can find all pictures with a 4:3 aspect ratio.2 votes -
Keyword Panel to Float Outside Bridge Window
Please consider making the keyword panel a floating panel that we can move outside the main Bridge window. It would be so much more convenient. If you do consider this idea, please also consider a better layout for finding and creating new keywords to minimize the amount of scrolling.

Please add option to show photos in two folders side-by-side
Please add option to show photos in two folders side-by-side (similar to Aperture). This would be a very valuable feature where users could compare contents of two folders and even move photos between folders. All other panels could apply to both folders (filtering, metadata, etc.). Having two views side by side would be the greatest additional feature to Bridge!

One version to rule them all ....
I now have two versions of Bridge (9/10) on my machine after this last update. The new version did not create a desktop shortcut, and if I open one version the other will not open and vice versa. Am I supposed to pick/choose between the two for some logical reason? If so, what is it? If the newer is not completely sufficient to replace the old, why was it auto-installed on my machine?
I don't want gigs of redundant programs on my workstation. I don't want a new version if it cannot completely take over for the old. I don't…

Camera Raw 21.1: Raw-Name is not shown in Meta / Raw-filename
Procedure:
I open a Nikon RAW file (NEF, Nikon D850) with Raw-Converter 12.1.
Afterwards, unlike in a conversion with e.g. RAW 5.6, the Raw-filename is not listed in the Meta-section CAMERA RAW (Bridge 2020).I have to keep thatin the META data - and not only as an original filename (that one can change and therefore loose the original filename).

Command + or - for preview scale
When you click on an image or pdf file in Apple Finder, then tap the spacebar you get a preview of the file. If I do the same thing in Bridge I get a tiny preview. I would like to be able to scale the view of that file by typing command + or command - .... like InDesign when viewing a page.... command plus or minus makes what’s on the screen bigger or smaller.

Custom Folder Icons
One of the only things I like about Macs is the relative ease of customizing the icons for folders. But the problem is that if there are Macs and PCs on the same network, the same icons aren't visible on both.
I would love if Bridge would allow you to
a) Change those icons from within Bridge itself. (Shouldn't need to go to Finder, then File Info, etc.).
b) Allow Bridge on a PC to see those same Folder Icons. The hidden "Icon?" file is in each folder. Use it. Show it. Make Bridge be more than a bridge for…4 votes -

Bridge 2019 is painfully slow
Even after file previews are generated and cached Bridge is now painfully slow. Scrolling is slow, interacting with files is slow, browsing folders is slow. Sometimes the program will lock up for up to a minute. It's bad on both my respectable spec'ed AMD Ryzen work PC (quadcore-16gb ram), and it's slow on my monster spec home PC (intel 9900k-16gb ram).

Bridge as Default App for .ARW files
I find Bridge a useful tool in the first parts of my workflow, from adding keywords to deleting shots I don't want to keep.
If would be nice to just double click (Window10) on a shot and have bridge start as the default application for opening ARWs. Right now, with Adobe's help it is set up as one of the options, but direct would be a time saver.

Bring Split View to Mac OS
In Adobe Bridge 2019 and PS CC for Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 I am unable to do split view as in previous OS versions. Is this something that Adobe got rid of on the latest version or is something related to the current Mac OS that I am running? It would be great to have that feature back!
Split view is great when working with Bridge in different folders... specially when moving around files... same applies to PS CC... it's great to have two windows open in full size.. it makes a difference!
Please bring back Split View for Mac…

Filter keyword list as you type in the keyword search box
When Typing a keyword (for example, “Sky”) into the search box at the bottom of the keyword panel (using "contains" as a search parameter), there are probably more than 1 keywords that contain that text string, but the entire list still displays; so if you have a long list, often times the highlighted items are far away from each other in the list and they won’t show up in the panel together. Example: I have several pre-defined keywords in the list... all containing the string “Sky". But I am searching for just "Sky" so I can apply it to a…
