Bridge: file named "?.tiff" caused cache to error and exit on startup v14.0.4
Folder opens fine initially, but the second open causes a crash with an error box but blank message.
Holding down shift-option-command allowed me to clear the cache and open the folder, but the next startup crashes.
By renaming the file from "?.tiff" to "unknown.tiff" I'm able to work around the problem, but this took a long time to debug because of the lack of an error message.

Note, if the software would at least report the state (like working on file "?.tiff") in the error message, then many of these kinds of problems could be debugged or worked around quickly.
