Incorrect tagging of files.
I have no word. Posting a picture.
Assigning tags via Camera Raw gives a white label - Assigning them through Bridge gives colour.
Still betatesting for adobe free of charge.

It is probably you have not 'Green' and 'Red' labels set in Preferences > Labels & Ratings
