Hi Rahul,
1. The malfunction is identical on my WIN 10 PC and on my WIN 11 Laptop - Both all runnig with the latest
update
2. I don´t know what you mean by launching Bridge through CCD. The Bridge Photodownloader opens
as soon as I insert an SD card into the card reader. The current, latest version of it opens with the last used
settings i.e, in my case extended control panel, folder, new subfolder with date, check box "open Bridge"
checked, checkbox "delete from SD card after download" checked, last used copyright info selected. After the download is completed and the files on the SDcard are deleted, the bridge Photo Downloader
closes down. Now, having checked the checkbox "open Bridge" my experience from using the Bridge Photo
Downloader since the year 2000, leads me to expect Bridge to open and showing the contends of the
newly created folder. This however does not happen - nothing happens, untill I open Bridge one way
you open any program. It opens and shows the last used folder. From there, using the folder Bridge´s
folder menu I then have to navigate to the new folder, before it starts to create the miniatures so I can
see the new files.I have also started Bridge before inserting the SD card into the card reader - it won´t jump to the new folder automatically nor does, as used to be for the last 20 years, a second Bridge window showing the new folder, open.
I think, anyone familiar with the app shouldn´t have had any problem noticing this malfunction and could have fixed it, without using my time for writing a long report and that of other customers for having to cope with a faulty product.

The folder with the downloaded files has been created with the right name in the right
place, which I can verify using the Windows Explorer.
