    Thank you for reaching out to us. We really apologize for the inconvenince caused. To better investigate the issue, it is a request to all the users facing this issue to kindly share the following information at sharewithbr@adobe.com

    1. Machine details (hardware, os)

    2. Have you recently installed or upgraded any software on your system. For e.g. VPN, any security software, etc. If yes, could you please check if disabling it is resolving the issue for you or not?

    3. Are you managing softwares or your own or is their IT department handling it?

    4. Since when you have started facing this issue?

    5. Are you facing this issue on Bridge 2022, Bridge 2023 and Bridge 2024 all? Please mention the versions on which you are facing this issue

    6. Please collect the logs using Adobe Log Collector tool
    7. In addition to the logs generated by Adobe Log Collector tool, please share the following Bridge specific settings

    Windows location
    Appdata - C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2024 (all the content in this folder)
    Registry entry - Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Bridge 2024
    Mac location
    Appdata - /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge 2024 (all the content in this folder)
    Registry entry - /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.bridge14.plist

    8. Are you trying to access the data on an external drive

    To better investigate the issue, could you please share the following information/do the following steps

    1. Remove Adobe Bridge preferences, reinstall Bridge and check if the issue still persists
    2. Please check if there is any crash log captured in Console.app for Adobe Bridge Beta for the time period at which you are facing this issue. If yes, please share the same with us.
    3. If you are still facing the issue, please share
    a) com.adobe.bridgeBeta.plist. You can find it at ~/Library/Preferences
    b) Preferences in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge (Beta)

    2. Os and system details
    3. What are the exact steps you are doing and what you are experiencing? A video recording of the issue will be helpful.
    4. Type of assets/files

    Please Note - We have released the latest patch version of Bridge i.e. 13.0.2.636 which have fixes around label and rating. Could you please check if this version resolves the issue for you?

    We have released a new Beta version with a fix for this issue in thumbnail view along with some other functional and stability bug fixes. Could you please try the latest beta version and confirm if that resolves the issue for you?

    Hello Alexandra,

    Could you please share the information asked in the previous thread? Also, a new version of Bridge 13.0.1.53 is available with some of the common issues reported in 13.0.0. Could you please check if that fixes your issue and confirm?

    For card not coming in the list, we would like to have more information about the setup/hardware you are using

    1. Type and model of card and is it a CF Express card?
    2. Model of the card reader and is it a CF Express card reader?
    3. Are you trying to access the card directly through the camera or through the card reader?

    It would be really helpful if we can get as many inputs as possible to investigate the issue further.

    We are happy to announce the release of Adobe Bridge 2024 (Version 14.0.0.102).

    2. Check if any instance of Adobe Photo Downloader is still running in background from task manager after you choose to close it
    3. How frequent is the issue?

    Could you please share the following information?

    1. OS version
    2. If Bridge is launched through CCD
    3. Is Bridge showing downloaded files and if not, then are the downloaded files available in the intended folder

    Could you please try launching Bridge from executable directly i.e. from start menu or program files in case of Windows or Applications in case of Mac and check if "check box to open Bridge after download" is working for you?
