This is a BUG report

I'm working on the latest version of Bridge 10.1.1.166 using Catalina 10.15.6 on a new iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2019) and 16GB DDR4 Ram

Everything else works fine, including PhotoShop. When using Bridge however, and this has not happened before latest update, it just FREEZES after about an hour of use. I have to Force Quit to clear the screen. This then happens repeatedly. However, if I leave the machine overnight and then restart, things seem to work again for about an hour and then it freezes again.

I am an 80 year old pensioner who just about handles her Mac so nice simple help would be much appreciated please rather than high tech answers.

Is this a known bug in this version of Bridge, and is there a fix please ?
