Please share the detailed steps to reproduce this issue. Also provide information of any Adobe or non-Adobe software you might have installed before getting issue. -

How does one resolve this issue
Besides being counter-productive, the need to regularly force stop the computer and then restart can do harm to the equipment -

The problem persists Using Bridge 2019 on Windows 10 platform. System crashes with the error report WHEA. Computer has to be forced stop and then restarted.
