Creating a new tab should open with the current folder, not always going to just one designated folder.
It is very annoying having to start from scratch when starting a new tab, or having to copy and paste the original file path to the new tab. No matter what folder you designate, it's never convenient in most cases.

Freedom for UI
I have been using Bridge on Windows in Japanese environment with 2560 x 1440 resolution.
With Bridge 12.0 series, UI was comfortable with the second notch of scaling. However, with Bridge 13.0 series, the second notch gives way too large, and the first notch too tiny. The problem becomes more serious in the Meta Data pane.
I hope users will have finer freedom for UI, not 5 notches but 10. I want to pick up favorite fonts as well.
Another point in UI is that UI scaling changes automatically when you switch language environment, e.g., Japanese to English. Why?

Search by criteria doesn't work
Bom dia.
Uso a versão 13.0.3 a quando tento efetuar pesquisas com critérios o Bridge não encontra qualquer elementos. Já tentei por pesquisar Labels, ficheiros com Rating e até mesmo extensão psd mas nada funciona. Frustante.1 vote -
Sort by path
I use the 'Show Items from Subfolders', but I'd like to be able to sort the results by the folder, then the filename, I'd consider this to be a sort of "By Path".

Allow working while folders are moving or copying
Moving and copying a folder halts the programm until the transfer is complete. Please fix to allow work to continue and transferring to happen in the background.
On previous versions of Bridge I could move multiple folders at once and edit simultaneously. Now I need to wait for a single transfer to finish, it is unecessarily slow and needs to change please3 votesHi,

Allow windows to be resized
I have the scaling set to large as I can't see the panels easily on small (default). The issue is now certain windows are a bit oversized for my screen. Being able to resize the window height (standard Windows window scaling controls) would help with this. The bottom is wedged against Windows' taskbar.

ipct title
I would like to request the option to show EXIF/IPCT "Title" under the thumbnail . Currently It can choose to show headline/date... but "title" is missing.

Keep file selection after closing search
Until version 13, I could do a file search, select the file, and it would remain selected after closing the search. This was essential for returning to a series of photos so I could see how the selected file compared to others in the series. For some reason this functionality was dropped in version 13, making file search much less useful for me.

rename box screwed
in Bridge 2022, I just have to hit control F, when I have already selected fielname as crieria, and then type in the file number.
In Bridge 2023, I have to open the find box and then click use the mouse to click precisely in the box, extra strep and time.
Similarly if I want to replace a text name I have to try to grab the spot before the 1st letter and it usually take multiple tries before nothing or the wrong position is selected.

Allow Bridge to show thumbnails and play videos from modern cameras
To see what I recorded with movies I now have to restort to FREE windows media, Nikon Studio, or Blackmagic Resolve. All those FREE programs will show and play the movies from the Nikon Z9 camera, while Bridge will not play or even show thumbnails, despite $11/month fee.

batch rename destroyed movie files
I have used batch rename sequences for decades and only recently have had this problem Nikon camera names are such as 900_0271.MOV. After I have rough edited day folders and kept what I want and added metadata, I runumber according to my system. for example I would do a folder where the 1st number of a series would be 9005001. I would put text as 9005, and if the total number is less than 995 in the folder, I would choose the sequence to be 001, and they would all be sequentially numbered. but recently I found that .mov files…

multiple values in single image bug
I've had situations where a single image shows 'multiple values' though only the one is highlighted. I called Adobe tech help and they said that it is because its empty, I showed that wasn't the case, as empty ones are black. This should occur when more than one image is selected and the values in a box differ. I have also had this happen when I copied a single description and pasted into the rename box and it showed multiple values. How can one image have multiple values?

forever keywords problem
If I try to correct a misspelled keyword or move to new parent the old one persits. I delete it and I can uncheck all references to it, but when I check a subkeyword, they alnd all the others return. In the example, I corrected spelling of Oediponinae, which has subs and parents. I selected all and un checked them, and deleted the mis-spelled and its subs. So none are checked. I then start anew and check some in Trimeritropin and the others reappear. It is like an elementary particle that inexplicably action on one affect the other with no…

restore arrows above and below sliding bar.
Removing this was another idiotic update. I Bridge 2022, I have much more control pressing the arrows than trying to slide the bar above or below when there are thousands of images and it goes past.

KeyWord Pannel bottom slider
Bridge V13.0.3.693 . . . And Previous . . . .
The Bottom Horizontal Slider is missing !
When the lenght of KW is bigger than the KW pannel, I have to resize it.
It' BORING.
