Batch renamed not working .ACR files
Hey Folks,
My normal photography workflow consists of timesyncing in Bridge, and doing the bulk ofmy photographic toning/contrast etc in Adobe Camera. When I'm done I batch rename everything so it stays time synced. When I rename the .CR2 file the match .XMP file also gets renamed so they stay linked and my edits remain on the renamed file.
Now with the new masking option in Bridge 2022, the program is creating an additional .ACR file in addition to the .XMP file but the issue is when I rename my file only the .XMP file gets renamed, not the .ACR…

Automatically update the "select object" mask in Camera Raw
Hi,
I photograph products on a white background. To whiten the background perfectly, in the new Bridge 12, new Camera Raw, I used the "select object" function. With the help of the mask, the product was perfectly separated from the background. Now I want to apply the same effect to the rest of my photos using the sync option. In other photos, the mask also appeared, but was not automatically calculated for the other photos. I have to manually click "update mask" for each photo. My question: Is it possible to add an automation feature so that the mask automatically…1 vote -
force mask computing NOW and BATCH (sync)
New masks in camera raw are good but when I sync some kind of masks they're not applied and computed (or start computing) but only applied as "to be re-computed", so I have to check EVERY SINGLE FILE and press "UPDATE" at the "xxxx needs to be recomputed" prompt.
Some "force recompute" in sync options or some kind of batch recompute when applying a pre-existent (simple or complex) masks is not only needed but makes definitely sense. Some masks (subject) need to adapt to the specific content. I can't re-check each and every image to press "update" key, uh?1 vote -

"Show Transparency" option should remove thumbnail background based on alpha channel data if it exists.
When an image file has an alpha channel, the preview panel should show what the image looks like with background removed based on the alpha channel.

Camera files are so big now I would love to sort the pictures before download and hope Bridge or Lightroom will add a feature to do so.
To save time I would love to be able to only import good files and be able to not even import files with funny faces, closed eyes, no focus etc etc. Camera files are so big it takes a lot of time to import and I work in studio and my customers like to see the photos before they leave. I would save me a ton of time to dismiss the clear no-gos even before import. So big preview, possibility to mark (strar) and only import of marked.

Adobe Bridge & PS to have white balance values down to ~1000 Kelvin
The custom white balance info from raw image files (from IR converted cameras) is read and correctly processed by other software including MS File Explorer, but not PS or Bridge. All IR images appear in Bridge as red/pink because they can't correctly process the WB info.
Adobe products would need to enlarge their current white balance range (2000-50,000 Kelvin) to something lower, around ~1000K or maybe lower. The current range doesn't go low enough for infrared images. Most IR photographers have to do a workaround to force PS and Bridge to achieve lower WB values. We use .dng Profile editor…

Columns
Hello
It would be nice if you could add something like the "columns veiw" like on macOS. As an option to the other ways of veiwing files (grid, thumbnails, details and list).

I would like Adobe to Add the Ability to FLIP the Thumbnail (Image) in Bridge (X Axis).
With the ability to flip on the X Axis, one can view their image in Any Orientation. I have been using Photoshop since version 2.2. I teach Digital Photography and Photoshop at a community college in Maryland. When I am going through my images in the Bridge, I NEED the ability to Flip an image, so I Don't have to open it in Photoshop or Lightroom because I use the slideshow to view the Final Images. Native HEIF files when opening a picture in Bridge (to Photoshop)
Lot of people are using HEIF files because they're using an iPhone or a Sony alpha one for exemple.

Please provide option to display thumbnail dimensions in pixels ONLY without reference to ppi
Thumnail metadata option "Dimensions" currently shows pixels x pixels @ resolution. I do not want dimensions in inches or dimensions in centimeters. I want dimensions in pixels, independent of "pixels per (anything)". Can I please have the option to see this information without having to "un-see" the ppi resolution?

Thumbnails compatible with AVA CAD/CAM files
We use a program in our studio called AVA CAD/CAM for wallcovering designs. We also use Adobe Bridge to browse our cloud storage which gives us great response times for populating thumbnail previews. The only files we have trouble with are .ava3/.ava4 files as it shows no previews for at all. I have been in touch with AVA support thinking it may have been something wrong on their end but, as far as they are aware, it is compatibility issues with Bridge. STAR RATING NOT WORKING ON EDITED PHOTOSHOP OUTPUT PHOTOS
Just subscribed Adobe Photo Subscription after trial ended. BR 11.1.1.185, PS 22.5.1, macOS 10.15.7
Problem: BR cannot change star rating on edited Photoshop PSD and JPG output files. Please fix this bug.

thumbnail spacing
Reduce the space GAP in the thumbnails which is too wide between images. Basically each thumbnail is embedded in a dark grey square box. So the top and bottom has more space than left and right. There is no option to view the thumbnails which stick to each other without any Gaps in-between them

BUG?!?! Troublesome view of image tiles
Images in tiles are cut off at the right edge instead of falling onto the next line. Why that? It's stupid.

Get Photos from Camera...
It would be great if the Get Photos from Camera script remembered the previous import. It used to, but the latest release doesn't.

Bridge does not open .fs files in the same instance
When trying to open a .fs (Flexi Sign & Print) file using Bridge, if you already have the software open, Bridge tries to open another instance of Flexi. As a result, Flexi asks if you want to quit out of the current window you have open and restart the program.
It would be nice to be able to open .fs files as you would a .jpg file in Photoshop or Illustrator without having to close the program out.
Again, I'm using Flexi Sign & Print made by SAI.

increment time
I want to be able to use "Edit Capture Time" to increment the capture time of scanned photos. Ideally, I could add 1-60 seconds to each photos capture time so they will be ordered correctly when I upload them to online photo albums.
Example: I am scanning hundreds of old family photos from slides and photo albums. These scanned photos have a rough implied time period and order from the original photo album. But if I want to share them with family in a Google Photos album in the order from the original album, I need to increment them by…
