Preview generation at lower priority
When generating previews in folder with more photos, it takes almost 100% of CPU and other work is very slow. Would it be possible to assign to processes of "normal work" higher and to preview generation lower CPU priority?

Is there a way to hide the export progress dialog in Bridge? It's frustrating.

Bridge Photo Downloader Custom Date Format
The Bridge Photo Downloader has an option to create subfolders for the downloaded images. It would be nice to have an option to create your own template to be saved in the dropdown list. For example you could have "Today's Date (mmdd)" or "Today's Date (yyyy-mm-dd)". This would be better than only having the Custom Name option where you have to type it in every time.

Make any metadata field a column
Right now you can only select from roughly 10 columns in list view. It would be nice to be able to add ANY metadata field as a column, this way unique workspaces can have columns that are relevant to each type of media.

Time of videos under File Properties
Metadata window currently shows the dimensions of a video (3840 x 2160) but it would be seriously helpful to also be able to see how long the video is in hours, minutes, seconds and frames = 01;00;24;29 with colons and semicolons denoting wether the video is drop-frame or non-drop-frame timecode.

Slideshow timing
Bridge 2020. I use Bridge Slideshow often. I find the currently available timing of each slide frustrating, as 5 sec is too short and 10 sec is too long. Would it be possible to introduce an intermediate time of 7 sec? Better still, would it be possible to introduce a slider setting for slide timing that provides 1 sec intervals throughout its extent?

Deleting files .xmp when its corresponding .NEF are deleted. iMAC Catalina
I am using MacOS Catalina and Adobe Bridge 2020. I noticed that the files .xmp are not deleted when its corresponding .NEF are deleted. I think that this problem started with the version Bridge 2020.

Full window zoom in preview like in Adobe Raw
I would like to be able to zoom in on an image and fill the preview window like you can in Adobe Raw.

Add the option to remove "Preserved Filename" in metadata
Currently under Batch Rename there's an option to "Preserve current filename in XMP metadata" but there's no way to get rid of these preserved filenames after they are no longer useful (or simply because they disclose outdated or confidential information).
One way to do this would be to add a "remove preserved filename" checkbox to the Batch Rename dialog box; that way you could just rename the the files a second time to clear the preserved filename.

Arbitrary Exif Tag To Filter (e.g. SceneCaptureType)
The filter panel allows to show files that match some attributes. Some exif tags like exposure time are already included, others can only be shown in the Metadata Panel. I would wish to be be able to filter by the tag 'SceneCaptureType' or even every possible tag.

Develop a mobile application
Adobe already has a lot of other common applications in mobile form available for download on the app store for apple and the google play store for android. Developing an app for Bridge would be seriously helpful for my company when we have out of town meetings and need to access some photos for some show and tell. This would eliminate the need for myself to create a whole new library on a different platform for my bosses to use instead of what we already use for photo management.

Bring Split View to Mac OS
In Adobe Bridge 2019 and PS CC for Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 I am unable to do split view as in previous OS versions. Is this something that Adobe got rid of on the latest version or is something related to the current Mac OS that I am running? It would be great to have that feature back!
Split view is great when working with Bridge in different folders... specially when moving around files... same applies to PS CC... it's great to have two windows open in full size.. it makes a difference!

Keyword Panel to Float Outside Bridge Window
Please consider making the keyword panel a floating panel that we can move outside the main Bridge window. It would be so much more convenient. If you do consider this idea, please also consider a better layout for finding and creating new keywords to minimize the amount of scrolling.

Custom Folder Icons
One of the only things I like about Macs is the relative ease of customizing the icons for folders. But the problem is that if there are Macs and PCs on the same network, the same icons aren't visible on both.
I would love if Bridge would allow you to
a) Change those icons from within Bridge itself. (Shouldn't need to go to Finder, then File Info, etc.).
b) Allow Bridge on a PC to see those same Folder Icons. The hidden "Icon?" file is in each folder. Use it. Show it. Make Bridge be more than a bridge for…4 votes -
Search via the Keywords panel
it would be nice, if I could open the keyword panel, twirl down the different topics and keywords and checkmark what I am looking for and have all the footage that contains those keywords show up. This would be much more efficient than typing from 40000 feet in the finder and adding more and more criteria until you get the results you need.

Add warning when deleting a photo that belongs to 1 or more collections
Add warning when deleting a photo that belongs to 1 or more collections (similar to Aperture). This would prevent users from accidentally deleting a photo that is used in 1 or more collections. I have been deleting photos only to find out I chose the wrong version (by deleting one I previously selected in a photo).

preview is small
For some reason, the preview on my MS Surface Pro 2 is just a small thumbnail. I have found no way to get it to fill the preview window (as it does on my desktop).

Automatic indexing of folders...

Let me remove star ratings with the mouse
I used to be able to remove a star rating from an image by clicking to the left of the stars beneath the image. That is no longer possible--I now have to do it via the keyboard, meaning that I'm moving my hands back and forth from the mouse all the time, or by going up to the Tools menu with the mouse, which is a lot of wasted motion. Please put back the ability to do this with the mouse right underneath the image.

Photo Downloader
Bei jedem neuen Foto Download will Adobe die Fotos automatisch auf C:...\User\Pictures\Aufnahmedatum abspeichern.
Meine Medien müssen aber nach D:\Fotos\Aufnahmedatum.
Dies muss leider bei jedem Download neu eingestellt werden... Leider konnte ich auch in den Voreinstellungen nichts finden.
