Can't Use Image Processor fro Bridge to Photoshop

When I try and use the Image Processor from Bridge to Photoshop it states I need to load the latest version of Photoshop which I have.

    Bridge reports that I need to use the latest version of Photoshop to use the Image processor. I have verified that I have the latest versions of Bridge and Photoshop.
