Can't Copy&Paste or Move Adobe Bridge 2020 picture files from one Folder to a different folder in Windows 10

There can be NOTHING more frustrating than this - - - - - impossible to move one picture file from A to B even before and after manipulation in Adobe Bridge and Photoshop and IMPOSSIBLE to rename the original Canon picture filename with a simple ABC123 etc.

THIS CANNOT BE BEYOND THE WIT OF GENIUSES

    Keeps crashing as soon I want o copy Picture from Folder A to B on Windows 10 with plenty of SSD space and Memory. Deleting cache did not help. Last update 10.1.1.166 does not help.

    Come on Adobe - - - where's your reply ? What have I paid for when I bought this supposedly up-to-date and best picture management package ? How do I get my money back ? ? ? ? ?
