4K Monitor performance extremely slow

10.14.4 on 12 core Mac Pro with 48 GB RAM and M.2 HD. 4K monitor and 2K monitor connected to Radeon RX 580 8 GB. Bridge running on 2K monitor behaves as expected. Bridge window moved to 4K monitor and not rebooting Bridge is stunningly slow., taking moments to select after clicking a thumbnail, and scrolling is unbearable.

    MacBook Pro 15" 2017, clamshell mode, three displays attached, two of them 4k, one 2k.
    On both the 4k Bridge is very sluggish (every version since at least 2017), on the 2k it's lightning fast.

    same problem with 72gb ram new iMac 2019

    4K monitor connected via DisplayPort. 2K monitor connected via HDMI. No other Adobe apps exhibit this on either monitor.
