direct delete (skip recycle bin or trash)
I want to delete some files. In Bridge 14.0.2 I can only reject a file or move it to the recycle bin.
Add an optional way to delete files like Ctrl-Shift-Delete or Shift-Click on Delete in the context menu.1 vote -
Add file name and ability to rate a file in Full Screen Preview.
I am using the Full Screen Preview to cull my pictures. It would be good to have the file name, but more importantly if I have the ability to rate, delete and reject from this screen it would significantly speed the initial cull prior to editing and the final cull after.

While the user is working within a folder, he may have made selections ; at the time of dragging the selected contents to a folder at which to move them , it may not be visible because it is subfolder and in "non-expanded" mode. Allow users to add dashes to camera-import generated folders
When importing from camera, there is an option to generate a folder with the date e.g. 020224.
This is fine but this condensed format is quite hard to read so if I could set it to 02-02-24 or with spaces it would make folder management a lot easier.I am aware I can (and do) custom name it but it would be logical to have an option where it automatically includes the dashes in the generated folder name, especially when users may be importing a lot at once.

スマートコレクションに設定したフォルダを無くしたり変更した場合、「コレクション」パネルからそのようなスマートコレクションを選ぶと貼り付けのようなダイアログが表示されます。
このダイアログがモーダルダイアログであり、ダイアログを閉じると別のコレクション項目に戻るため、当該スマートコレクションを消すことも内容を修正することもできません。モーダルダイアログを出すのではなく、エラーがあるスマートコレクションに対してはパネル上でスマートコレクションに×をつけて表示するなどしてわかるようにするなどして、修正や削除可能にできるようにしていただきたいです。

Please add the option of selecting to export to jpg from Bridge in the Adobe colour space
Currently we can select the Adobe RGB profile when exporting a TIFF from a raw file but not a JPEG. This seems like an odd omission from Bridge.

Previously, in Bridge, you could right click to cut and paste a change in the filename. This was lost with a recent update.
Previously, in Bridge, you could right-click to cut and paste changes to an image filename. This was helpful for keeping images with changes separate from others, such as "processed," etc. This was lost with a recent update and now requires using "ctrl-c" and "ctrl-v" which is cumbersome and a dated throwback.

Beter preview of PDF.
We scan thousands of documents to PDF and in Adobe Bridge the low quality in the preview wíndow sometimes give errors. It can be hard to distinguish between a number 8 and a 9 for example.
If we open the document in Acrobat we hace to close it before we can correct the numbers in the key word field.1 vote -
open new content tab
Open new content tab "Same as current tab" (or similar) missing in Properties.
So if I click + on this particular tab, I want to have it "duplicated" instead of opening a new computer/home/desktop or pictures folder.

File info
When you right click on a new image and select File Info you can click on Template folder which brings up all your saved templates (showing keywords , titles, etc). You can then select a file number to copy this info to the new file which can save a lot of time and effort. However, to speed up this process further, the list of file numbers/templates needs to be reversed showing the newest file template at the top of the list, not all the way down the bottom. I have numerous file info templates saved and 90% of the time…

Make Bridge a full featured video + audio management tool
With Kyno having been purchased by Signiant and essentially stagnant, there is a huge opportunity for Adobe Bridge to step up in its place. Features such as drill down into sub folders, video playback of multiple video and audio codecs (which work in Premiere Pro already), visible metadata such as time code, codec, resolution, fps, etc. -- these would be extremely useful for professionals and non professionals to track assets and generate reports across small and large projects. A second "open with" feature that acts as an "edit with"
This would be functionally identical to "open with" but renamed as "edit with" and would allow users to select two different applications to be associated with a media type.
For example the user could have, for an audio file:
Open with > Windows Media Player (to preview)
Edit with > Adobe Audition (to edit)This would save a lot of switching back and forth when wanting to alternately preview a media and edit it via different software.

TYPING
Typing a file or folder name used to select it in Version 12 and now typing does nothing. Also holding CTRL+scroll no longer changes the thumbnail size.

Output Functions
In previous versions of Bridge you could flip through the pages of your preview before creating your PDF. Now the button only allows for a reset of pages. Please put this feature back.

Exclude folders with specific names from "show items from subfolders"
Bridge is great to see thumbnails of all your graphics. However, when developing graphics there are multiple superseded versions. If I want to view all my graphics from a particular project in Bridge, I will get all of the superseded versions as well as the current one. All the superseded INDD and PNG files are in folders called "ss". It would be great if I could exclude any folders that are called "ss", so that assuming everything has been filed correctly, I'd only see one copy of every graphic (the current one).

Photo Downloder - Allow users to edit meta data fields in the downloader
Allow users to add, edit meta data in the downloader window. This has been a needed feature for over a decade now. I know I'm probably supposed to be using Photo Mechanic or other photo ingestion program but I haven't ugh. But I can't understand why the Bridge Photo Downloader doesn't allow me to edit or input keywords and File Info- caption information- before I start my photo ingest/download from the memory card. At the bare minimum, and in addition to the metadata template selector that already exists, there needs to be a place to edit/append keywords and input file…

【Finderで表示】選択した複数ファイルをいっぺんにFinder表示させたい
Bridgeを使ってカラーモードごとに画像ファイルの仕分けをしたいのですが、「Finderで表示」が1点ずつしか出来ず効率が悪いと感じています。複数選択したらその全てをFinder表示できるように改善して欲しいです。
