Cropping in ACR 13.1.0.658
When moving through a batch of images in ACR I really, really, really, want to be able to select an aspect ratio and have it stick until I change it instead of having to repeatedly change it from the undesired default to the one I actually want EVERY SINGLE IMAGE. Before I could do this; now I can't. I already know how to click a mouse; now I just want get some work done.

Custom Metadata Fields and Export
I need a solution that will allow me to customize non-standard metadata fields for video files and allow me to export a combination of those fields as CSV files.
I've used Excel spreadsheets to track my files and I currently I use Airtable. However I don't have direct access to the actual video files or proxies like I would if Bridge allowed me to create my own custom database. I also use multiple other programs to create thumbnails and watermarks.
The reason I use this is for tracking my stock video assets that I produce and upload to various services…

Add the facility to use dual monitors.
Using Zoom so the slideshow can be used on one monitor and be shared and the controls etc. on another monitor for scoring etc.
With the closedown of camera clubs and photo societies, Zoom is being used more and more.2 votes -
Native integration with MacOS Photos library (e.g., albums, etc.)
I would LOVE to be able to use Bridge to manage the photos in my MacOS Photos library. Apple has done a nice job making a seamless experience across devices, but the Photos app is lacking, and I'd love to see this integration (see RAW Power app for an example of this type of integration).

Allow sign in to have a validity period
EVERY time I want to use Photoshop and Bridge I have to ssignin - WHY is this necessary?? Why not allow a peeriod of time - a week isn't too much to ask is it?
Also, at least have the sign in work for both Photoshop and Bridge - it's completely ridiculous having to sign in to each. It's valuable to me because it's VERY irritating that I have to do this each time and makes me think that Adobe don't really care about their user base, just how to get more $$$ out of them. Can search in Bridge actually work?
Can search in Bridge work? If I type in the name of a file, shouldn't Search find all files containing that name fragment? There are 9 files, for example, with a simple 6-character subname for them in my "2020" folder of folders. Bridge doesn't find any of them. But Windows Search does!
It's interesting how at Adobe MAX there's demos of how brilliant Adobe Sensei is. At the Las Vegas MAX a few years ago, for example, the demonstrator asked Adobe Sensei to find all of the "blue" photos in the library, and then refined the search further.
And yet…

Fix the lock-up when switching to Bridge from other apps
For as long as I have been using Bridge -- at least 10 years -- I have had the annoying problem where Bridge locks up temporarily when I switch to it by clicking on the Bridge Window while using another app. Bridge comes to the front, but you can't do anything. Bridge returns to normal if I switch to any other app, then back to Bridge.
This behavior has occurred in every version of Bridge back to at least CS5, across every Mac OS going back a decade or more, on at least 7 different iMacs, Mac Pros, Macbooks and…

Bridge v 110083 So slow it is virtually Unusable
Simply renaming a folder that contains 9 small files takes 10 times longer than it used to.
Everything is Ultra Slow, including simply opening Bridge and trying to view the Folder Hierarchy. Then, viewing the contents of folder feels like it will never happen. I get so frustrated waiting I go away and do something useful.
It's not likely to be an issue with my computer HP Z840 w 72Gb RAM and tons of 12Gb/sec SAS HDs for file storage. Plus older Bridge CS6 and non Adobe programs run very fast.

Key words
According the manual, to export key words it has to be done in the key words menu. But where is the menu ? How to import key words from Bridge 2019 in 2020? The manual is really poor. It should be written by non specialists in computers but by commun people able to write properly in an easy understandable and precise way.

Review Mode with amount selected listed
I am a photographer that loves using bridge to cull down my photos. The issue is I like to cull them to a certain number. When in review mode, I have no idea how fair I've culled them down. Usually with an hour family shoot, I take about 700-800 photos. I want to narrow it down to about 100. But as I cull down, I don't know how many I have in the process. I would love for it to show 125/802 selected or something.

Workspace doesn't work
Workspaces just doesnt seem to remember the workspace setup i save. i am not doing anything special just displaying metadata and file structure. Bridge will just randomly forget about this and arrange the window with just thumbnails.
