Dear Bridge Users,
Have you tried setting the following Preferences?
Edit Menu→Preferences→Thumbnails→Do Not Process files larger than 1000 MB. Change this to 1 MB.Also, on the right hand side of the folder navigation bar on top, drop down next to the triangle (Option for thumbnail quality and previews) and select “Prefer Embedded (faster)”. Screenshot attached.
Let us know if this helps by commenting on User Voice.

Just off the phone with Adobe 'again' today... guy #2 today and though not perfect after 1.30 hours of time... he got those thumbnails loading and staying loaded much better though a couple might still drag... by doing the above selection at the top of the menu in the Bridge window upper right! Try it... and get back to working! in CC 2020
Good Luck -

Dear Bridge users,
As one of the top voted features, this is actively under development. We plan to provide option to hide the tiles so that you can see larger thumbnails and zoom out if you need to see more assets in Content View. While 9.1 (released) has some improvements, the upcoming Bridge release this year end will have significant improvements in this area. As far as the folder view and Keywords is concerned, we hope to address that next year.
Meanwhile, some of you may benefit from the existing “View Menu→Show Thumbnails Only” to see more assets in Content View.
Thank you for your vote.

Hi,
This feature has been released in Bridge v10.0.
In the Content Panel, there is a check box “Show Tiles” which can be unchecked to remove the Thumbnail boxes.
Thanks,

Hi,
This feature has been released in Bridge v10.0. You can update Bridge to see this feature.
At the bottom of the Content Pane, there is an option to hide Tiles and ‘Show Thumbnails only’. If tiles are hidden, the image backdrop can be changed to pure black from Edit→Preferences→Interface→Image backdrop.
Thank you for your feedback on User Voice.
Regards,
Teja V.

NO sure why it's not posting my name... Doreen in Oregon
Agreed!!! not seeing improvements with rates nor the small dot label, nor with what seems to be happening with Batch Rename...
And it's running really slow!
I have a claim ticket out about the batch rename part and Adobe has sent me back to 2018 to use!
Then sent me here... no resolve, just more of the same.
Hummmmmmm I won't jump as fast next time when a new version comes out, though it already started to slow me down in CC2018.
LOve updates when they work, CC 2019isn't cutting that edge :(
Mine is half & half., some correct, some didn't lighten as much as they should. This just started today!!!
Holy S_ _T
THATS NOT GOOD!!!
