Request you to update to the latest version of Abobe Bridge 9.0.1.216
In case the issue persists, please let me know the detailed workflow which is causing Bridge to freeze along with OS details.

We are investigating this issue. Meanwhile please use context menu move to option instead of drag and drop as a workaround.

When you are dragging and dropping the files, is thumbnail or preview generation going on for the folder. You can check this on bottom left corner of Bridge window. Allow Bridge to generate all the thumbnails and previews to have a smoother experience. Please let us know if you are still facing this issue after doing this.
