Thanks for your feeback. If your .xmp files are in caps (.XMP) then this is known issue and engineering team is looking into it.

Hi @Rik KG,
You can access CR user presets in Bridge after marking them as favorites.
Hover over the preset and click on Star in front of the preset to add it to favorites.Regards,

You can use '~' Key to expand the current highlighted panel in Bridge 2023.
