Thanks for sharing the information.
Both Photoshop & Bridge versions should be compatible in order to use the tools options from Bridge. Bridge and Photoshop versions work in sync, hence Bridge 2021 will only work with Photoshop 2021.Could you please try updating to latest Bridge 2022 version (12.0) as well?

The fix is now available in production released version 14.0.2.191. We would love for you to try it out and share feedback.
