The mentioned issue is fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583, Please install and confirm if that fixes the issue.

Color profile option for JPEG format for some reason is unavailable in 'Export' panel:

Are you talking about 'Export' feature? If so, there is 'Save to subfolder named' checkbox.

Are you serious about your request to the user? He already said his system is Windows 11. That should be enough for start-off. It's not hard to believe his comment is about Bridge 2023 issue as during last 3 weeks all over here are about them, how ever he shared release version information as well. Plus this issue doesn't occur in previous release.
Can't you just try it yourself to see it doesn't work (without providing to you the video), or if it works for you then say it? That was the simplest thing to check. This did to me 30 seconds to reproduce it, as fast as the posts we have created :/
