Allow users to set the location of the Media Cache.
The default location of the Media Cache is on my C:\ drive. I do not like the C:\ drive to be used for temporary files. The constant creation and deletion of temporary files on the C:\ drive greatly increases the chances for corruption of that drive. Instead, I partition a separate drive to use for temporary things like caches and my Temp folder.
Alternatively, some people might want to put the cache on a fast SSD drive while leaving their C:\ drive as a standard spinning disk.

Adobe bridge 2020 - enterprise....trying to deploy managed metadata and a shared cache folder for images on premise...or via web servers...documentation is missing. More importantly where are the user keys so we can write custom script to deploy this...they are hidden. Who knows?

Agreed.
I have all cache and temp folders on my working SSD since the amount of data can completely fill my system SSD.And why is there now also a "Media Cache" while there also still is the "Cache" ? What kind of chaos is that, Adobe?
