    Use Ctrl & up / down arrow to get in / out folder, or do the same using 5th / 4th mouse buttons.

    You can also use Ctrl & left / right arrow to go back / forward through visited folders history.

    That works also with Alt, or if you want go back then press Backspace.

    So you are Adrian Monk 2 from Support forum ;)

    Toggling between Content tabs is a little request, since it's targeting to have a shortcut only for this one thing.

    Click the link in my other comment (also 2 others in comments of a thread). It'll take you to polls dedicated for having ability to configure shortcuts for more Bridge commands (including the one you wish, however with user defined keys).
