After checking show items in subfolders and within a list view, could we add a “Folder 0” “Folder 1” column to be able to quickly identify folders containing images, at the first level, and the level above.
Best Example is inDesign’s way of doing this in the links panel :

I’m using this because file naming at the folder level should be enough for me.
Client A > front.jpg, back.jpg Client B > front.jpg, back.jpg…
I could then visually sort/filter items and quickly identify more than one file at a time.
