    Hi,

    Many of the issues fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583, Please install and confirm if that fixes the issue.
    You can refer the issues are fixed in the patch @ https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/fixed-issues.html

    Are you using Stacked Panel Group option in Panel Group settings
    Please deselect that option in panel's flyout menu and try.

    Menu fonts controlled by OS.
    You can use the OS settings to change Menu font size -
    1. Go to System preferences on Mac
    2. Select Displays
    3. Select Scaled
    4. Select the Text size
