This is a feature that helps you auto detect a corrupt GPU and turns on software rendering for quality preview and thumbnail.

We are happy to announce the release of Adobe Bridge 2024 (Version 14.0.0.102).

This error is getting really tiresome I have a GeForce MX150. I have been through three NVidia updates and it still persists with this error. Yet other applications using the GPU have no problem using it at all.
I'm pretty sure Adobe needs to re-examine their code. because there is nothing wrong with the hardware or drivers. However, Bridge crashes sometimes when this message comes up, not always, but enough for me to stop using Bridge anymore.
