    Apologies you are facing this issue. But we are not really able to replicate the issue.
    Can you try again and confirm if t is 100% reproducible for you.

    Hi Peter,

    Apologies for the inconvenience you are facing.
    Looks like a machine issue by seeing the screenshot. Also, we are unable to replicate the crash at our end. Can you specify the exact operation where you are observing the crash. Also, it would be great if you can share the crash logs.

    Hi @Timothy Harding,

    You will see this message once the thumbnails have been already generated.
    Previews gets generated after thumbnail generation.

    We have added a feature in the latest build CC 2019 Bridge, helps you auto detect a corrupt GPU and turns on software rendering for quality preview and thumbnail.

    Please try it out and let us know if you still face any issues.

    This is a feature that helps you auto detect a corrupt GPU and turns on software rendering for quality preview and thumbnail.
    If you correct issues with GPU, this setting will automatically turn off.

  7. I work all day with bridge. First everything was fine. Unhappily, the 2019 version stops often. I've already lost a lot of time.
