    Could you please share the following details about the issue:

    1. Preset screenshot from the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog by following the given steps:
    ->Go to Edit Menu
    ->Open Keyboard Shortcuts (Refer to screenshot 1)

    2. If the preset is not a default one, please share the files present at ->

    Win: (C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2024\Shortcuts)
    Mac: (/Users/name/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge 2024/Shortcuts)

    3. Which keys are you using to apply labels/ratings in full screen?

    4. Are you facing the same issue in review mode and slideshow?

    5. Could you please search the command like the ‘Star’ and share the screenshot of all the available shortcuts like the following from Keyboard Shortcuts. (Refer to screenshot 2)

    6. Are the shortcuts working in the content panel?

    7. Are you using a QWERTY keyboard?

    Share your Keywords file by following these steps:
    1. Click on hamburger menu of Keywords panel
    2. Select export and save it.

    Share Keywords screen shot from Preferences dialog:
    1. Open Preferences from Edit menu
    2. Click on Keywords

    Thank you for reaching out to us. You can set the numbers as shortcuts for labels/ratings from keyboard shortcut options

    1. Open Bridge
    2. Go to Edit -> Keyboard Shortcuts to open the keyboard shortcuts dialog
    3. Search for the desired command like Red Label, Yellow Label, 1 Star, etc
    4. In the adjacent column, named "Shortcut" click in the empty area and add the desired shortcut like
    5, 6, 7
    5. Save the preset and click the OK button to apply the changes
