Success. I upgraded to version 13.0.1.583 today. Selecting my first image popped up the error message "Bridge has encountered a problem with the GPU hardware and will automatically switch to software rendering next time you restart bridge. Check the manufacture's website for updates and resume to hardware rendering from the preferences dialog. HRESULT error: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action."

I restarted Bridge and I've yet to see another "HRESULT error". :) Thank you for the patch.

    Asides:
Intel and Microsoft do not have any updates for the graphics driver.
I appreciated the detailed in the error dialog box. I'm being picky here, but the capitalization looks funny to me in the message. Should "restart bridge" be "restart Bridge"?

Thank you again for the fix. I'm up and running again.
