    The mentioned issue is fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583, Please install and confirm if that fixes the issue.

    Hi Diana,

    Thanks for your feedback.
    Could you please check if "Unlock" option is available in right-click menu? Clicking on that, should unlock the folders on your SD card.
    As an alternative, you may consider using Adobe Photo Downloader to import photos from SD card to your computer
