   RESOLVED FOR THE USER  ·  AdminSwati (Admin, Adobe Creative Cloud Bridge) responded

   Issue was coming due to corruption in cache folder, resetting the cache resolved the issue for user.

   Is the issue specific to particular files/format? (the issue is for all search's: labels, keywords; type of files)
   How frequent is issue reproducible at your end. (always)
