    I am getting this same problem on both my desktop (Geforce GTX 1070) and laptop (Geforce GTX 1060). Latest Drivers on both. Windows 10 x64. Never happened with Bridge CC 2018. This is a pretty widespread issue, and would appreciate it if Adobe put some manpower towards actually fixing the issue. It happens most often with the transform tool and merge to panorama. Really screwing up my workflow, not to mention my day.

    This is a feature that helps you auto detect a corrupt GPU and turns on software rendering for quality preview and thumbnail.
    If you correct issues with GPU, this setting will automatically turn off.
