An error occurred while saving the comment Bruno Mateus commentedPlease, please, pass the thumbnail and screen preview generation to a secondary/background/lower priority thread when generating locally.
It becomes unbearable to have to wait sometimes more than 5 minutes just to make a selection, apply a filter or any other simple operation that does not require the image to be rendered!
Maybe you need a 'Generate when Idle' switch, on the preferences, so that preview generation is halted when a user is performing other tasks (like copying, renaming, reviewing, presenting, etc.). I even suggest to create a service (in Windows, at least) that could periodically scan the Bridge-registered folders and update, generate and compress the previews at least.

Hi. Yes, exactly when clicking on an image.
Reason is that, many times, the user may not be in a folder, but in a parent folder viewing all subfolder items. Specially true when searching for terms, metadata, etc.
In Windows Explorer, when you open the context menu using Ctrl + right mouse button on top of a file, your presented with a "Copy full path" option. It will copy to memory the absolute path, which you can then use anywhere.
Currently, on Bridge you have to:
1. Click right mouse button, select "Reveal on Explorer"
2. Locate image on Explorer
3. Click Ctrl + right mouse button on top of the file, select "Copy full path".
It's really a simple command, and having it directly on Bridge would solve many clicks.
