Hello, this is a generic issue, same on my MacBook Pro 2019 with Bridge 11.0.1.109.
CF Express cards Type "B" will be recognized as harddrives and not interchangeable media (by design), so the Photo downloader doesn't recognize them, even though they show up in the Finder (MacOS Big Sur 11.2.3.). Lots of reports on the Internet on this one by now, please address this issue, as more and more cameras support these media devices.
