NOT A BUG  ·  Abhishek Seth responded

This is a feature that helps you auto detect a corrupt GPU and turns on software rendering for quality preview and thumbnail.
If you correct issues with GPU, this setting will automatically turn off.

Same problem. Why is it the software Clone Army types like Abhishek Seth and Mahak Kudyar who work for Adobe or Microsoft or Whoever The Big DigiCo is believe themselves to be Info Saints but who really aren't and who really don't have a clue what they're talking about beyond mindlessly repeating what The Company tells them to say are always in denial and asserting the Company Dogma when it comes to clear and obvious problems with their products? Why bother asking them? They are of no help whatsoever. Adobe is like Microsoft. Everything is 'working as planned' and it must be you, the consumer, or your hardware, or your hardware configuration, or your AV product, or your user profile that's at fault. It's never the developer or their products. That would be impossible. Nope, can't be -- even when it is. Next topic.
