   It is not almost unusable, it is 110% unusable. Moving does nothing, I have to select done and then reopen image, guess where to move the cursor & repeat to try to crop. Even worse, if I select crop and then try to move to another tool, the whole panel is frozen until I select Done and re-open the image. I've never seen Adobe completely crash a feature like this. EXTREMELY dissatisfied.
