   Please try with latest catalina build 10.15.3, issue should get resolved.

   The same happens to me. Mac OS 10.15.3 and Bridge 10.0.3.138. The mistake has been around for months. I don't understand why Adobe doesn't manage to fix this bug and I am still at a loss. I have to search the pictures in the finder and delete them there. That's not very efficient!
