Hi,
This feature is now released as part of Bridge v10.0.
Please upgrade Bridge to v10.0 to see the change.
At the bottom of the Content pane, you should uncheck “Show Tiles”. After Tiles are removed, go to Edit→Preferences→Interface→Image Backdrop to change the slider to pure white.

The preview can be displayed white in the preferences, but the content list cannot be white.
This makes it difficult to check the details in the list.
Displaying a preview is important for checking many images at once.
Also, if you change it in the preferences, the border of the artboard size is not visible even in the preview.
Therefore, it is necessary to display it in artboard size.
Some improvements in version 10 are not complete.
Also, in the case of an ai file, Illustrator itself often makes the background white, making it difficult to check.
Therefore, immediate improvement is needed.
