    The mentioned issue is fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583, Please install and confirm if that fixes the issue.

    You can modify this limit at

    [Edit Menu (win) / Bridge Menu (mac)] -> Preferences Dialog (Cmd+ K ) -> Thumbnails -> Performance and File Handling -> Do Not Process Files Larger than ...

    Hi Chris Page,

    Thank you for your feedback.
    We have loupe view in Bridge, that can be enabled to view the specific area in image.
    The loupe view also supports the zoom functionalities using +/- keyboard buttons.

    This is also available in review mode.

    Can you also elaborate it this issue is with 2 monitors or on single monitor only.
