I too have the same problem with ProGrade CDExpress B/SD cf reader using a USB 3.0 cable (I've tried several USB cables with the same result) as well as a Lexar CFExpress type B reader with both Transcend and ProGrade CDExpress cards. No problem reading the CFExpress cards using either reader using Windows 10 File Explorer or even Bridge if I navigate to the correct directory where the files are on the cards. What it can't do is to use the Photo Downloader to even see the files. Please fix this "bug". The photo downloader is so very handy in not only moving the files from the card to my computer but renames them to something meaningful. This has been part of my workflow for well over a decade. By the way, when I use a Lexar XQD card reader or a CF reader of any kind, the refresh list feature always work but with CFExpress cards it doesn't. I'd call this a "bug".
