  1. "NEED MORE INFO" Suggestion - Moderators should require a FOLLOW UP

    It seems that this forum's moderators were not taught to follow up.
    NEED MORE INFO is an option for a Moderator to click but then they forget to actually ASK. What info do they need.

    For example. regarding how their Folders Panel doesn't work with the Magic Mouse.

    Abhishek Seth listed them as NEED MORE INFO. and asked "which panel is facing this issue" (which was silly because the post had screen shots of the folder Panel)

    But then they didn't ask for what info they require. or say thank you, or…
