I see also that the problem of using sRGB color space is with JPG files.
With PNG files, Bridge seems to ignore the color space attached and use the wider one (if available for the image itself). Test: start from a AdobeRGB image, apen in Photoshop, convert in sRGB and save in PNG including the color space profile, Bridge will continue to show it in the previous colors (it seems equal to the one in AdobeRGB space) ! If you open the sRGB PNG image in Photoshop, you will see the color change and be reduced to sRGB appereance (in other therms, the PNG sRGB image in PS will be shown exactly as the jpg sRGB image).
I find it wierd !
